    Karen Eber Davis is on a mission to help nonprofit leaders generate sustainable income. Her work is known for its innovation. To help clients fulfill their goals in creative, effective, and whenever possible, brilliant ways, she helps them to explore and exploit all of their income opportunities and pursue those with the greatest potential –including and beyond the usual strategies and solutions. For the past 19 years, Karen has helped nonprofit leaders to make dramatic improvements that “move the needle” in excellence, effectiveness and their bottom lines. She has published over 200 articles, 4 books and provides a monthly newsletter for nonprofit leaders.     1991 - 1994
    Responsible for over six million dollars in grant funds. Over one million dollars in new grant funds generated for the county during first year. Directed thirty neighborhood and nonprofit activities. "Outstanding program administration of CDBG . . . " while administration costs were half the national average.
    1990 - 1991
    Managed more than three million dollars in grant funds. Recovered funds equal to yearly salary in first six months of position. Responsible for special projects, grantresearch, writing and reports. Praised for written and oral presentations. "Karen is a jewel . . . she is outstanding in all aspects of her performance . . . can be relied on to tackle any task, develop a plan of action and see things through to completion."
    1985 - 1986
    Developed audit program for arts organizations receiving funds from the State of Florida. Provided on-site assistance in grants management for more than forty groups entailing over two million dollars. The audits led to increased grantee accountability and the institution of expanded grantee-agency communication. "She is very easy to work with and has been effective in developing a meaningful and responsive audit program."
    1979 - 1982
    Established three youth groups and coordinated an older adult group. Taught classes, organized family activities, special events and teacher education programs for statewide audience. The increased fellowship, education and worship opportunities prompted this official comment: "She pioneered the position and did a yeoman job of it . . . unflaggingly congenial and a self-starter from the onset."
