    Main duties: * Independently conduct recruitment projects for permanent medium and top level positions in international companies (in Poland and CEE), * Prepare job descriptions according to client’s briefs, * Draft and place recruitment adverts, * Identify and approach suitable candidates (mainly via Direct Search), * Review applications, conduct interviews with chosen candidates and short-list candidates, * Perform reference checks, * Prepare reports (in English and Polish) for clients and managers, * Coordinate finalization process between client and candidates (through negotiations and recommendations), * Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, * Build relationships with candidates, * Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, * Prepare necessary documentation regarding recruitment process (CVs, headhunting lists, database updates, timesheets, reports), Database maintenance, * Prepare offers and contracts both in Polish and English language, translations. * Conduct Outplacement projects, * Conduct other HR projects, i.e.: on analysis of the recruitment needs and feasibility of the project.
