    1in100 is a crusade to fight congenital heart defects through awareness, advocacy and alignment of resources. 1 in 100 babies are born with a Congenital Heart Defects. It's time.Mission: Priorities: 1) Newborn Screening/Early CHD identification. 2) Accessible, adaptable technology in treatment (multi-institution collaboration and pediatric heart devices) 3) Research into causes, prevention, and solutions for long term quality of life.

Directs communications efforts for health care pioneer Best Doctors, national e-Health provider VisionShare; and Children's Home Society & Family Services. Integrated public affairs and strategic media efforts for a diverse group of corporate, governmental and non-profit clients.

    Adopt A Room www.adoptaroom.org was founded in 2004, by two families who experienced recurring, extended hospital stays with their terminally ill children. With the inspiration of their children, they were motivated to change the experience for other families. Constructed in collaboration with the newly named University of Minnesota Amplatz Children’s Hospital, www.uofmchildrenshospital.org ,the new hospital rooms optimize the delivery of health care within a family-focused environment. Through Adopt A Room’s first of its kind program, portions of each suite, and future suites continue to be available for adoption and sponsorship. All of the rooms at the new home for the University of Minnesota Children’s Hospital will follow the Adopt A Room concept and design. Adopt A Room is a Minnesota based non-profit, and all contributions are tax deductible.

As a national organization, we pursue this mission through development projects, asset management activities, consulting services, and community-building activities that serve artists and arts organizations of all disciplines, cultures, and economic circumstances. By creating this space, Artspace supports the continued professional growth of artists and enhances the cultural and economic vitality of the surrounding community.
