    2008 - Present
    Prior to being hired as President/CEO of the Swiss Center of North America, I was asked to take the Hogan Personality Inventory, the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory and the Hogan Development Survey. The following is part of the executive summery and outlines my work performance strengths. Personal impact: Ms Zurbuchen is active, hard-working, competent, and eager to get ahead. She likes leadership positions and enjoys being in charge. She is willing to take initiative in a group and, with the appropriate interpersonal skills; she will be able to assume leadership roles on team projects. These tendencies are particularly important in jobs that require directing others, persuasiveness and working without supervision. Ms. Zurbuchen should meet the public well and create a strong, even vivid, impression on others. She is well suited for work that involves interacting with strangers.
