Communicate a clear and compelling vision for the brand, define and drive core brand strategies plus develop and implement the Brand Programs required to deliver against corporate objectives. Lead the Consumer Marketing function of 150 people (brand team and consumer relationship amplifiers) and managed a team of 5 direct reports.

Role based in SA, but worked in a network environment with my manager based in London and the agency in Dubai. Required strong stakeholder managemnet and influecing skills to convince and get the buy in from the Regional Director, Country General Managers and Marketing Directors.
