    Provided franchisors an alternative to hiring in house legal counsel and franchise staff to handle the daily franchise activities. Provided services such as compliancy, support, marketing, information technology, real eastate services, sales department development and training, creating/updating manuals and the many other challenges franchisors face.
    2005 - 2009
    Facilitated the creating of the franchise business plan, operations manual, UFOC, franchise agreement and marketing plan. Duties include overseeing the operations of the franchise, ensuring that franchises are in compliance with policies, practices and procedures by the utilization of audits, frequent feedback, and visits. Ensure the growth of revenues for the franchise through positive growth of customer counts, sales, and royalties.Other responsibilities, but not limited to the following:• Implemented new sales strategy that resulted in 700% increase in franchise sales in one year. • Conducted semi-monthly sales seminars that consisted of thirty to fifty C level executives.• Setup and managed a cold call center to generate attendees for seminars.• Qualifying prospective franchisees.• Recruited, trained, and supervising the call center.• Conducted franchise sales closing meetings and discovery days.• Review and make periodic updates to the franchise agreement and UFOC.• Coordinating and supervised training program.• Assure that an adequate compliance system is maintained and that documentation is thorough and complete.

    IT Duties (Huffman Technology)Managed all facets of enterprise systems, including Internet security, e-mail, connectivity, voice, VoIP, and network infrastructures. Responsible for all aspects of MS CRM, MS Solomon and CITRIX rollouts including requirements gathering, customizations, UAT, training, and change management. • Sales of SaaS, MS CRM, Sage ABRA HRMS, MS SharePoint, DocuWare, MS Project server and Exchange.• Network designs that included servers, firewalls, video conference, remote access, VoIP & VPN’s that spanned three states.• Managed a staff of eight engineers, sales and low voltage specialists.HR DutiesProvide counsel to the Company officers and management relating to human resources related issues, including interpretation of policies and legal requirements. Update, maintain, and administer the human resources policies and procedures to ensure company is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.• Developed and implemented a flexible benefit program.• Responsible for coaching and counseling for improved performance.• Responsible for handling issues pertaining to OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, and state laws.• Successfully implemented ABRA HRMS & AWC.

    Included analysis of business process and functional requirements, development of business cases, development and maintenance of service level agreements in support of MCI Inside Plant Engineering. Directed the analysis of complex client needs in project areas. Influenced cross-functional and cross-divisional task forces to identify and document functional requirements, workflow, information sources, distribution paths, and system specifications. Acted as a liaison between executives and various departments. Cost Analysis• Executive level presentations• Facilitated business & functional requirement workshops.• Developed and managed the UAT for MCI’s long distance engineering system (LEGEND)
    1993 - 2000
    Managed a corporation of technical and business experts whose function was to provide IT support and implementation of hardware and software into network designs. Solely responsible for direct sales to school districts, corporations and government agencies consistently producing 2 million plus in annually sales. Awarded the E-Rate grant from 5 school districts. Supervised a total organization of 9 employees, which serviced a customer base of 650.
