    2008 - Present
    Scholarly iQ, formerly a division of Optimal iQ, was born out of a need for more efficient and effective solutions relating to the publisher and librarian communities. Real world issues created opportunities for solutions and through a process of research, experimentation and refinement over the years, Scholarly iQ has built a suite of innovative eBusiness services - including our COUNTER compliant engine which integrates with IBM's Affinium NetInsight Suite to provide usage statistics and web analytics for publishers and librarians, web services for SUSHI XML reporting, COUNTER and SUSHI consultation.Our latest initiatives include joining NISO's SUSHI Developers Group, being elected to serve on COUNTER's International Advisory Board, and serving as a member on NISO's Business Information Topic Committee.
    2006 - 2008
    Directed the design, development and implementation of a proprietary buying system for television and online ads that reduces media costs by up to 35%. Helped found one of the most promising start-up companies in Austin, ClickForensics, by directing the development of the leading online click fraud detection software (patent pending).

    Other major projects include the development of various eBusiness services for the publisher and librarian communities such as a COUNTER compliant engine, SUSHI reporting modules, and a usage statistics platform.
    1999 - 2003
    Played a lead role in managing the design, development and implementation of enterprise electronic commerce solutions and web based insurance applications. Worked closely with individuals throughout various levels of the organization on a daily basis and instilled CMM and PM principles throughout the life cycles of projects to ensure quality products. Delivered presentations including critical design reviews, process formulation and training courses.
