    Part of a new team of “Clinical Science Consultants” (CSCs) launched within the Boehringer-Ingelheim sales organization.Objective: partner with the primary care practitioner community to improve the way specific targeted disease states such as COPD, are managed across healthcare channels. Strong emphasis is placed on encouraging earlier screening, diagnosis, and appropriate treatment of patients with a high risk for COPD.The CSC team compliments the efforts of the current sales force and managed markets field personnel; and is strategically placed within specific geographies where the greatest impact may be achieved.

    Responsible for OL relationship development and management for the CV therapeutic arena. Maintain and expand peer based relationship via scientific exchange, advocacy development, and research interests. Assure that the conduit between the company and the OL is open and active.

    Start up company - generic manufacturer moving into the branded Business. Starting at the ground floor of a new organization Director Role:Hired to create, develop, build, and maintain the medical liaison program.     Was responsible for leading all aspects of specialty pharmacy clinical program relating to present and future clinical services. Led all efforts in clinical research, and the development of pharmaceutical disease management programs for HIV/AIDS, & Diabetes. Was responsible for the maintenance, and continued development of the adherence service. Managed eight Adherence specialists. Fostered and sought out further business for the company. Network Adherence member/Program Coordinator - community based provider for Stalker's/Roosevelt Hospital Center's Treatment Adherence Program Study - an AIDS Institute sponsored study.

    Was responsible for leading all aspects of specialty pharmacy clinical program development relating to present and future clinical services. Led all efforts in clinical research, development of clinical adherence and pharmaceutical disease management programs for HIV/AIDS, ESRD, & Transplant recipients. Was responsible for the creation, development, initiation, and maintenance of t the adherence support program. Led a cross-functional team in the development and maintenance of the adherence support program. Oversaw all aspects of data collection and analysis. Worked with Vice Presidents for Managed Care and Outside Sales in expanding our sales effort. Led the development of the quality assurance process for the entire corporation.
