AI don't think the whole point of writing a book is the intent on it becoming a movie. Writing is a hobby and a very fulfilling task, for which you need a lot of patience and creativity (I have only managed to write 21,000 words before)But hey, I'll admit I did picture my story in my head. I made my own actors up though :D With your cast list, you'd most likely be looking towards action rather than romance, with perhaps a thriller/mystery element. Check out those genres for help and also look at previous movies to give you hints, as you'll be wanting an original idea to put forth for it to become a great movie. :)

AThe closest I can think of is the show, Arrested Development, when Justine Bateman played a flirty hooker opposite her real-life brother Justin Bateman. She propositions him and he, thinking she (in the show) is his long lost sister, turns her down. Then there was a bit of weirdness at the end of the episode, which the narrator Ron Howard noted sarcastically.
