Evaluate the effectiveness of training by identification of strategic drivers of performance in short and long term perspective and augment them through clear action planning and periodical reviews.

Maintain cordial industrial relations in the organisation through initiating settlement proceedings and enabling workers to voice their opinion on a common platform.

Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances by maintaining a constant dialogue.

Adhere to provisions of all Labour & Factory Laws .

Liaising with various govt authorities.

Implementation of HRIS

Monitoring the Contract Labour Management.

Responsible for All Kemwell locations General Administration ie Security, House Keeeping, Canteen , Transport etc

Planning & managing end-to-end execution of public relations activities particularly with Panchayath leaders and villagers.

Coaching & Mentoring the HR Team.
