20 Besides Ken Lewis who else should be prosecuted for the B of American/Merrill Lynch fiasco?Politics at 29 April 2009 06:04:25 QHank Paulson instructed Ken Lewis to with hold material information regarding the condition of the Merrill Lynch balance sheet. Full disclosure would have caused the Bof A board to Nix the deal. This clearly hurt B of A shareholders. Should Hank Paulson be prosecuted for securities fraud? Are his nefarious dealings worse than Mad Dog Maddoff? AI'd like to see Paulson investigated for his slight-of-hand in changing Section 382 of the tax code without Congressional approval. Pretty sneaky to pull that one off so it would be applicable to the initial TARP recipients, and just prior to the last election.-- A Quiet Windfall For U.S. Banks - washingtonpost.comhttp://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/11/09/AR2008110902155.html

Best Answer : by Buck Ofama at 11 February 2009 11:02:30 who will get fired first marvin lewis, Ken Whisenhunt or Mike Singletary?Football (American) at 11 December 2010 05:12:33 QBQ:musical coaches were will the previously 3 fired coaches find work ASingletary definitely, but not sure if the other 2 will get fired. Whisenhunt is 2 years removed from the SB and he lost Kurt Warner this season so it's been a transition. I don't think it's all Marvin Lewis fault with the Bengals. The Bengals owner isn't as visible as Jerry Jones or Daniel Snyder, but he basically calls the shots in who the team signs and drafts. Not too many other good coaches would want that job.

NO WAY will he be a scapegoat, alone, for the people who twisted his arm to go through with the Merrill deal by telling him he would be fired if he didn't. "If this thing goes to trial you can expect both Paulson and Bernanke to be on the witness list." If he's going down, he's bringing them down, too.So,..Will Ken Lewis have a "convenient" accident?More here: http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2010/02/ken_lewis_already_relishing_th.html AYes, most likely. Either that or he'll be suicided, or conveniently have a heart attack right before the trial, or something of the sort. Standard operating procedure.

Agree it is socialism yet?Government at 16 October 2009 04:10:41 QIf it were just one thing, I would not call it socialism, but it is every policy of Obama's and it is in who Obama surrounds himself with. Now the federal Government is taking away people's salaries that they worked all year for.You know the reason that they took it away was because the Obama administration forced Merrill Lynch and Country Wide on them and when Ken Lewis opened his mouth about it it ticked the Obama administration off so they went after him personally. Remember Joe the plumber. The guy that Just asked a simply question for Obama?Imagine if you have to mergers worth Billions and horrible for your company forced down your throat and you open your mouth. Does anyone else agree?Do you all forget that it is a private company? If you do not think they are worth their salaries, do not invest in them and do not bank with them. There are plenty of other banks. He has had personal property stripped from him by the federal government without due process. What gives the government the power or the right to do so. This is an attack on him because he had the guts to raise his voice to the tyrannical Obama administration. AHow can this happen. Is nobody in the country aware of the 4th Amendment protecting citizens from search and seizure? The only thing worse than the gross violations of our Constitution is that 50% of the country does not care at all, or actively supports it.We are a doomed nation.

Best Answer : by Airborn at 25 April 2009 02:04:52See the 3 Answers more for this question Could I write bank of America CEO Ken Lewis to get my job back?Other - Careers & Employment at 11 November 2009 10:11:13 QI worked for Bank of America up until May of 2009 from 2007 I worked in at the Chicago operations/lockbox site. After I was fired for poor performance. I understand that I messed up but I have learned my lesson and never realized how good of job I had until I was fired.I tried to talk to human resources but what my manager says was final and human resources will not go aganist the policy of the bank to rehire me back. Also not only I can't work in that section but I can't work any job (accountant, teller, loan processor) ever they have permanently banned as if I stole something.Which I think is overkill.I was wondering would the CEO listen to me in a letter since he's almost leaving anyway or is he to high to even care.I believe there is SOME points I could make to why I made some of the errors but I am the cause, unfortunately. So tell me what you think and if you think I got a shot and any tips to put in a letter. To be honest with you I think it's a long shot because usually when people fire you THAT'S IT!!It's as final as death with them terribly regret the mistake I made. Also how can I contact Mr. Lewis. AIf your old BOA manager and HR won't talk to you let it go. There may be rules against hiring you back.I would apply at another bank. Prove to yourself and BOA that you are a good employee. If you are truly motivated and much wiser why limit your sites to BOA?People have been fired from one company and hired by another in the same industry. We all are learning everyday and hopefully will continue. Good luck!

Best Answer : by Whats Up Doc at 24 April 2009 06:04:18See the 1 Answers more for this question Lennox Lewis vs Ken Norton. Who wins?Boxing at 09 October 2011 01:10:10 Q15 rounds at their very best, who wins? AEasier than you think. For some weird reason, some people seem to think that Lennox Lewis can't fight or even punch. Now, Lennox does have a few weaknesses. He has been knocked out only twice but he avenged both losses. His stamina is not the best and that's one category where Norton might have an advantage. Norton is often given a great deal of credit for his series with ALI. However, ALI was a much different fighter, from his prime, by the time he and Norton met. Now, look at the fighters who have beaten Norton. I'm not talking about the early losses or the losses to ALI. I'm talking about his losses to Foreman, Shavers and Cooney. If you don't think that Lewis is at least in league with these power hitters, you haven't been paying attention. Lewis carries 245 quite well. He's better at about 240, where he retains his speed and accuracy and has slightly better stamina. THe big difference is that Lewis is a much better boxer than any of those who has knocked Norton out. Even if you would give all three punchers a higher grade than you would give Lewis, in power, you have to admit that he's at least in their league. Add to this, the fact that he's a more accurate puncher than any of them and it spells trouble for Norton. Speaking of Norton, for all his body beautiful physique, he never took a punch very well. Also, he always froze whenever he faced a hard puncher. Norton has a good jab. Lewis has a better one. Norton has power. Lewis has more. Norton is a calculating boxer. I'd give Lewis an edge in this department, though caution might be a weakness for both. In this case, Lewis is certainly more likely to take chances than is Norton. Lennox is cautious, but, when he sees an opening, or smells fear, he's deadly. Just ask Frans Botha or Andrew Golota, or Michael Grant. It's all just a matter of time and styles. Lewis by KO in 2.
