Administrative/Management: Development an implementation of business plans, establishment of office procedures for start-up companies,generation of income/expense and profit/loss analysis, computer system development including the integration of appropriate hardware/software into work-specific environments. Personnel Management/Human Resources: Selection, super-vision,training, and evaluation of staff. Reorganization of staff and operational systems to reduce costs and improve services. Implementation of employee programs to increase efficiency and performance through team-building. Recruit-ment and management of volunteers for non-profit agencies. Management of Human Resources policies and payroll. Finance/Accounting: Development of budget forecasts, proposals for funding using various revenue sources, non-profit fund raising, administration of budgets, control of receipts and expenditures and recommendation of plans of action to resolve financial shortfalls. Design and implement AR, AP and job cost systems for new enterprises. Payroll, payroll taxes and workers comp insurance calculations.
