    Worked with Senate Select Committee and the House Interior and Insular Affairs Committee to develop the 1988 Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.

Founder of the Minnesota Indian Gaming Association from 1985-1994.Served as the Chairman and CEO of Little Six, Inc. Little Six, Inc. developed the first and largest Vegas-style Indian Gaming Casino.
