- The negotiation and follow up of service contracts (labour, parts and consignment stock) : supplier management through cost performance actions and continuous improvement, meeting follow-up,
- The management of capital expenditures (Tools/upgrades) purchase: RFQ from launch to conclusion
- Sourcing: search of 2nd source for parts and third party maintenance
- Suppliers assessment
- Suppliers market analysis and technology watch
Purchase budget assigned : around 20 Millions euros

as A Buyer i WAS charged of the portfolio shrink films:
suppliers follow-up, Sourcing, RFI, RFQ, prices analysis, suppliers selection, negotiations, projects with internal services

MRP analysis, deliveries follow-up, stock control,
Regulation of the procurement flows and formalization of the transport’s data

Operations: Manage procurement of eletronic components portfolio: MRP analysis, stocks control, supplier deliveries follow up
Project : Setting up and drew up of logistic protocols, creation of transport rates, improvement of the supplier’s planning

As a subcontracting buyer, I am charged of:
- The T&C negotiation of all subcontracting regarding systems installation projects and after sales service.
- Subcontracting framework agreement negotiation and implementation
- Subcontractors portfolio rationalization: Suppliers number reduction and search of alternative subcontractors
- Purchasing procedures creation and implementation
- Suppliers assessment, cost reduction actions, continuous improvement
