    As the Executive Chef I helped open the first 40 seater in orange Ca. on newport Ave in 2000.The Fish House Market And Grill. One year later we opened the Fish Market and Grill in San Juan Capistrano .It sat 60 with a lot of to go and catering. Two years later The Fish Market and Grill on Lake Mission Viejo opened. Beautiful place 300 seats tablecloths Banquet room , octagon shaped bar . Every seat had a view . It had an extensive seafood menu , Prime Rib , steaks and Chops. Hats off to you Rog.
