Implementation of ‘HUON Solution’ – a P&C Insurance package
Policy Web Portal system, integrating the HUON system to a front end web based portal for the Brokers and / or our customer service department.

On the HUON side I was mainly responsible for: -
oSetting up company office structure in HUON to suit the business needs for AXA Insurance. – Set up user company, branch and processing office (This is basis on which user security and subsequent development was defined)
oDefining and writing up requirements documentation for Financial system, in Billing and Provision.
oSetting up chart of account, reporting, balancing and Security
oSetting up Billing Business Manager Tables, Provision Control tables and Tax tables and LitExpans (variable fields used by the programs) within HUON
oBilling sub system – setting up of various types of installment and annual billing plans
oWrote SQL queries and downloaded to EXCEL to supplement some of the reports which were still under development. For example, Aged Receivable Report, Amount RollForward Report and Earned Premium report, to name a few
oUtilised my Knowledge of TSO and SPUFI to assist in determining any problem or bug related to the HUON system.
oDeveloped acceptable workarounds to resolve system gaps
Besides HUON I was also implemented, supported and provided training in the following systems
oCreditron® Remittance processing system, with scanner. Responsibilities included setting up various applications for multi companies
oCreditron® Iquire 2000® image retrieval software to inquiry on scanned cheques and payment stubs
