IT Manager for AMP Customer Service and Mature Products. Meet the IT needs of these two business lines, and a member of the business executive teams. IT Service delivery, strategic planning and direction, capital expenditure projects and programs. Accountability for total IT operational spend, over $30M. Lead 80+ IT professionals, based in two geographic locations.

This 10 year stint commenced with Legal & General, acquired by Colonial in June 1998, Colonial was acquired by CBA in June 2000, with its IT outsourced to EDS same year. Final position was as General Manager, Delivery & Relationships for Commonwealth Bank’s Technology, Operations and Procurement (TOP) Business Units. Accountability for delivery and executive relationships for all systems development activity that service those CBA Business Units. Reporting to the director of the Sydney Solution Centre, my teams tallied to over 300 IT staff, covering a wide suite of IT systems for Banking, Insurance and Superannuation systems.

Lead the Efficiency & Quality Program within NAB Technology. Branded Making IT Easier, it drives and sustains process and efficiency improvements within Technology Australia.
