    •Responsible for full cycle recruiting of all “non-technical” business units in the organization, such as Content Operations, Corporate Communications, Product Management, Enterprise Services Group, Business Operations and Sales •Conduct high profile, niche recruiting and pro-active head hunting for positions such as Web and Business Analytics, Top Tier Sales Professionals, Statisticians, Web Data Content, Web & Graphic Designers, UX Research; from entry to director level.•Help build two new departments for Edmunds “start up”, Direct-to-Dealer Tier 3 Initiative, as a part of a new product launch. With the aggressive nature of the roll out, staffing for the initiative requires deadline intensive recruiting.•Consult with Director of Client Services to help build out a brand new department to support the Tier 3 Dealer initiatives.
