    Responsible for editing and creating a complete set of program notes for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's 2010-2011 Classical series.
    2009 - 2010
    Responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately three hundred major ($2,500+) donors. Specific duties included: stewarding and soliciting existing major donors; identifying and cultivating potential new major donors; maintaining donor correspondence including acknowledgement letters for significant increased or new gifts; maintaining donor records using the Raiser’s Edge database; coordinating a team of volunteer solicitors (comprised primarily of members of the DSO Board of Directors) and supporting them in their individual solicitation efforts; serving as a liaison between the Musician’s Development Group and Development staff; attending DSO special events and donor cultivation events as a representative of DSO Development; attending external special events as a representative of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and supervising the workings of and providing a significant development presence in the DSO’s Herman and Sharon Frankel Donor Lounge.
    2005 - 2008
    Responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive annual plan to meet contributed income goals from individuals, corporations, foundations and government agencies. Specific duties included developing fund raising goals; coordinating the annual fund campaign; soliciting and stewarding individual and corporate gifts; researching and writing grant proposals to government and foundation entities; coordinating and hosting social gatherings to promote donor stewardship and cultivation; creating and supervising fundraising events; reviving the A2SO’s endowment campaign; reporting progress toward fund raising goals to the board and development committee; coordinating and leading committee meetings and identifying potential new members to join the board of directors.
    2004 - 2005
    As Assistant Branch Manager duties included training new loan officers in key aspects of the loan origination process with specific focus on problem solving, regulatory compliance, program identification and customer service; working with upper management to implement corporate policies at the branch level and managing day-to-day branch operations.
    2000 - 2004
    As Executive Loan Officer duties included generating new business, determining client needs; identifying solutions to client needs; originating loans; maintaining loan files; communicating details of the loan transaction; coordinating and scheduling closings and maintaining customer loyalty after closing.
