AAccording to the caribou coffee website, it is chocolate , mint syrup, ice-cold milk and Andee's Mints. You can get an affordable Creme De Mynth syrup made by Reese's in your ice cream toppings isle at the grocery store. For the chocolate, just use chocolate syrup. The key to keep the ice and milk from separating is twofold: 1, add more ice and 2, be sure to make your milk a little colder.I make this at home and they are delicious!

AIt depends on what kinda person u are and whay u want, For me, i think caribou coffee would kinda be similar to starbucks so it might get busy and your making/serving drinks all day, at holiday in you just sit at a desk all day and asist the people who wanna pay for the hotel and other stuff, I dont know, both are not bad, but for some reason i think the front desk assistant would be less Stressfull than the cofee place

AI would not assume that any coffee is fair trade unless it is marked as such. But, you can always ask them to be sure.

AFirst, put some melted chocolate at the bottom of the cup (at Caribou we do 2 pumps for a small, 3 for medium, and 4 for a large). Then put the espresso in (2 shots for small and medium, 3 for a large). Then pour in steamed milk and leave room for whipped cream. Stir then top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.....and don't forget the espresso bean :)

AI don't buy plain coffee 'cause I can do that at home. If I go somewhere like the coffee bean or starbucks I buy their specialty drinks, not gonna pluck down money for basic coffee.

AWhite chocolate has no caffeine as far as I know. I have not worked at caribou, but recipes are pretty similar among the various coffee places. For example- a latte (medium size) usually has 2 shots of espresso. That's about the equivalent of one cup of coffee. I'd guess the drink you are talking about has the same amount. A shot of espresso is about the same amount of caffeine as one cup of regular coffee. I hope this helps.
