AWhen you copy a symbol Flash considers both the original and the copy as one. So when you edit one, flash applies changes to the other. You have to first turn one of the copies into a (dont know what to call it) non-symbol i guess by clicking ctrl+B until its not a symbol anymore. Then convert it to a symbol that has a different name. Idk for sure this would work, or whether i am even answering your question because ur not explaining yourself clearly but i hope this helps.

It's possible to copy and paste more than one frame in Macromedia Flash Professional 8. :)Here's how you do it:Click the first frame in the sequence.Hold the Shift key.Click the last frame in the sequence.Now you have the whole animation highlighted.Right click the highlighted portion (any of the frames).Click on Copy Frames.Right click the blank frame next to the animation.Click on Paste Frames.That's all! Remember, this will record in WAV format which is going to be a big file. you may have to change some sound card settings on your computer so that the program can record.If you want to save in MP3 or other formats, you may have to get a audio editing program. I my self use one free called Audacity (link bellow). You can use this program to record and edit any sound.Good luck.
