AWell, to be blunt, it's ok. I would suggest not using any GIFs and I saw a lot in there(it's very hard for AMV makers[especially people new at it] to make an AMV flow well when you use GIFs and they usually aren't good quality. Another thing is to gather more video clips of bleach(because as you probably know already, it's quite hard to make something good with very little material). To do this you use clips from other AMVs(animemusicvideos.org is a great place to get them) or you can cut out pieces of an episode. Another piece of advice is to match scenes with the rhythm of the song(like have a still scene during a slow or quiet place in the song and then an explosion or have someone appear and do something big/powerful/amazing when the music speeds or starts up again. This makes people get into the AMV's rhythm/flow(especially if it's a popular song). But I can definitely see some potential in your AMV. Good luck, hope my tips helped.

AIt's pretty easy to make an amv but it's also time consuming. Lots of people use Windows Movie Maker because it's easy and comes installed on your computer depending on what type you get(if your computer doesn't have it installed already, you can google it and download it from some website). You just import your video and music files into Movie Maker and drag them down to the timeline(if you don't know where to download anime you can try tokyotosho.com or veoh.com if you're a member). Then you mute whatever sounds come with the video file so you can hear the music all by itself. You don't really have to do anything with the music but with the video files you have to cut them into the parts you want to use, organize them and then time them. There's also a bunch of cheesy effects you can use like watercolor and blur but there's also useful ones like speed up and slow down for when your timing it. You can also preview it as you're making it to better check your mistakes. Also I think there's a way to put pictures in if you want but I don't know how to do that(I'm a newbie just like you!). Then when you're done you save it to your computer(if you want to upload it to a website, I think you have to convert it to a different type of video file but I'm not completely sure). The main thing is it takes timing and patience but if you have that under control then it's very simple to make your own AMV.
