QDoes it mean that he whats to know about academic grading or about rank of my university in the world?

QI need to know what "wirtschaftingenieurwesen" means. I know this is a german name used to describe a specific university engineering specialty. Also if someone could tell me that the word "ingenieur" if it is the same for "engineering" and not only for "engineer" in english. Thanks.

QI'm in a french system school and I'm in the 11th grade i will graduate in a year 2010, but i checked the site and i dunno if i got it right but should i attend college then i could enter to UCLA i mean should i hold a university degree or something.They said : '' Applicants should present the Maitrise, Ingenieur, or other professional title representing completion of a four year university-level program beyond the Baccaulaureat.''

I graduated from the Mechanical Design, Manufacture and Automation in xx University, which is in the top 10 of China. Thanks to my outstanding performance in the university, I joined in ABC as an R&D Engineer. In the three years of work experience, I developed a clear direction of my future career and I am aware of the importance of shaping a widely international view, and therefore, I make a decision of pursuing my study in France. The reason why I expect to study in France is as below. To begin with, France is the country I have desired mostly. I knew France by learning accordion since 5 years old. The brilliant achievements of France in art are highly appreciated by me since I was a child. Meanwhile, in the filed of my major—mechanical engineering, France plays a key role all over the world. France is world’s fifth largest economy and has a well reputation for high technology in mechanical filed. The design conception, the production management and the research and development of French manufacturing are all on the leading positions of the world. There are the most famous aircraft manufacturer—Airbus, and the top advanced automotive brand---PSA Renault, as well as developed auto parts industry—such as the company I am working in--- ABC. Such a perfect country which well synthesized arts and engineering is not only significantly attractive but exclusive in the world.In addition, when I joined in ABC, I recognized not only the strong of French engineering, but also the high quality of education in France, especially the Grandes Ecoles d’ingénieur. My French colleagues who graduated from Grandes Ecoles present solid foundation of mathematic, practical ability, combined with logical thinking ability, which indicates the high standard training offered by Grandes Ecoles d’ingénieur evidently.In the light of these reasons, pursuing a master degree in France would be my only choice and desire. Moreover, I believe I have the ability to go through this program. Firstly, I am familiar with French mechanical regulars. I jointed the French company – ABC –as soon as I graduated from the university, and therefore, my entire work method is following the French model. Through the on job training offered the supervisor in ABC, I learned the French design rules, mechanical standard ( such as NTF), project management, quality controls, CAD standard, etc. In the meantime, I know the way to communicate and work with French engineers as well. During these three-year working, not only I acquire French, but also I made friends with French. Their enthusiasm, hard-working and romantic personalities made good impressions and I believe learning and getting along with French is an enjoyable thing.Compared with the lacking of direction when I was fresh out of the university, there-year-working provides me the ability to make a mature decision of pursuing studies in France. I believe my study in France would be beneficial, well-judged and exciting. I am confident that I would be excellent in this program and France Grandes Ecoles d’ingénieur can offered me valuable training which can be of great benefit to my future career.
