In some cases, management might give the consultant more authority to make changes and failure to make the changes could result in a charge of insubordination against you. Sounds like the manager, either through ignorance of spinelessness, is giving the consultant the authority to make wholesale changes and the next step would be for him to go to the manager and have him bring in new employees if the current employees balk at implementing the changes,

Certain words can trigger negative responses even when your product is awesome. There are bunches of books out there that give a lot of insight into this. (I can send you a list if you like to read.) As far as expectations, I think it is important to be upfront with your clients and not try to trick them into thinking there is a sale or a limited time. Be honest and they will respec that. Also, customer service is so poor with most companies these days that if you provide just good service you will stand out. Put yourself in their position and ask how would I be wowed by service from this person.

AThat's great that your little girl is already thinking about the future! A sales marketing consultant can earn a lot of money. There aren't a lot of schools that offer a sales marketing consultant major, per se, but you can find some great places on the web to get started (see my resource below). Anything having to do with sales will help her on her way also. I hope that if she really is interested in becoming a consultant that you help her toward that goal, it will be worth it in the end!

ASome of the consultants are former RNs. Many start out as a medical assistant and get on the job training. You can become a med asst by taking courses at a vocational school or some offices will train you. BC we are in a recession and as ins. companies/health plans will pay less in the future, many plastic surgeons might not hire a separate consultant.

AI do not think fashion is where you have to be. Call a office and ask what they require so you know for yourself. Call around and get a general idea. You will notice that depending where and who you call, it may vary but I imagine they will have the same basic criteria.

But over all I believe they realy look for people who Look good! and people who can really sale.
