QIf a candidate has good technical skills and wants to be a leader. On the dark side has horrible interpersonal skills and has a documented history (like high %age attrition in the groups the candidate has led)-- would you hire this person to lead a group or be part of a team?

QI need help in moving from Callcenter (technical) to Finance. I am planning to take up ICWA and MBA(Fin) simultaneously this year, so that I can then switch to finance after its completion (which will be in the year 2010 approx). I will be concentrating more on ICWA as it is very challenging & tough, and this will make MBA easy for me.However, I am facing the dilemma of switching from Callcenter to finance industry. I am 27 yrs old and currently working as a Team Leader in a leading Callcenter (techinical) having total experience of nearly 4.5 yrs. Should I wait for completion of both ICWA & MBA(Fin) and then move into finance as a fresher or start right now. If I need to start off right now, how do I go about it? when moving from Callcenter to Finance I can take a hit of max 15 % on my current salary viz 35,000 as I am commited. Also would like to know if BPO(financial) exp. would be held good in core finance sector. Please help me, I am totally confused.
